Cookie policy
This policy explains what haddacloud.com stores in your browser and what usage information we collect, under Chilean Laws No. 19.628 and No. 21.719 on personal data protection. On your first visit we ask for your decision before enabling any cookie or technology that is not strictly necessary. You can change it at any time.

Categories
Essential. Needed for the site to work and to protect it. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing and securing the service. They do not require consent and are not used to profile you.
Measurement. First-party analytics hosted on Movatec servers in Chile. We do not share this data with third parties or combine it with other sources. Legal basis: your consent. Without it, no page view is sent.
Third-party content. Only the demo scheduler (Microsoft Bookings). If you do not accept it, the scheduler does not load; you can write to contacto@movatec.cl or use the contact form, which is processed on our own servers.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising cookies, social pixels or cross-site tracking tools. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps only open those services when you click them.
Calls with Sofía
When you press "Talk to Sofía" your browser asks for microphone permission and the voice conversation is processed in real time on Movatec infrastructure to handle it. We log the date, the page you called from and a hash of your IP to limit abuse (3 calls every 3 hours). We do not keep a recording of the trial call. More detail in the privacy policy.
How to change or withdraw your decision
Use the "Change my cookie preferences" button on this page or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. You can also clear the site storage from your browser settings.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction through the data rights form or by writing to contacto@movatec.cl. We reply within the legal deadlines and verify your identity before acting. You may also complain to the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency.
Changes to this policy
If we add a cookie or change a purpose, we update the version and ask for your decision again.
