Your rights over your data
Under Chilean Laws No. 21.719 and No. 19.628 you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to a processing, receive it in a portable format or ask us to restrict its use. It is free and you do not need to justify the request.
How it works
- Fill in the form with the email you used with us.
- We send you a link to verify you own that email (valid 48 hours).
- Access, portability and erasure over this website’s data run instantly after verification. Other cases are handled by a person and answered within 30 days.
Scope
This channel covers the data collected by the website: contact and demo forms, trial calls with Sofía and previous requests. Data that HaddaCloud processes on behalf of its customers (for example, collection activities) belongs to those companies: we will tell you whom to contact and, where appropriate, forward your request.
